I mean, it’s very on the nose, isn’t it? To the point it almost makes me think it’s not referring to the obvious, because you’d have though that if it was, they’d have taken it down by now.
Timeline-wise, this would have been tweeted a few days after we all (and perhaps the talents) learned of Selens hospitalisation, for what we would later learn was her suicide attempt. (I believe the first of the two, not sure.) It’s not impossible to consider that the talents may have known the actual cause – with a somewhat higher chance for those actually directly involved with the Anime Impulse event Selen would later be declared unable to attend, such as one Luca Kaneshiro. If we assume everything alleged about him is true, including the NijiSpy stuff, then I can absolutely see him tormenting himself over that, which may result in such dreams, and a desire to talk about them.
It all works out, but that’s certainly not the only hypothesis that would reasonably lead to this tweet being published.
