So, if I didn’t miss anything ever since March, April has been the only month in which there’s been no graduation or termination. Since May, there has been one or more every month.

There were no graduation announcements in August or September, but that’s because there was a mass graduation announced in July leading all the way up to October. Every other month since March has had an announcement.

Some of the graduations (and the terminations) were sudden, so likely unplanned, but I would imagine they might affect how other graduations are planned going forward. Planned graduations seemed to usually come half a month to 3 months in advance (the longer time periods happening in the mass graduations of ID that were spread out over many months).

We’ve entered March now and the last graduation was announced Feb 1st (and Selen’s termination was on Feb 5). We might be due for another announcement soon, especially considering we have no pending graduations. It’s possible that Nijisanji waits a bit longer to let things cool off, but the pressure of the queue might be too much to let them wait for too long. There’s also the possibility that there are already agreed upon graduations they’re obligated to go through with (I suspect that might have been the case with Kyo, since at the time it was announced the Selen problem was already at its peak, but likely they’d agreed with Kyo on the date, weeks if not months in advance).

Don’t forget also that Nijisanji ID (and KR) members still exist, so the next graduation could also come from them. Might be a prudent way to alleviate the queue problem, without bringing as much heat to the EN sector.

EDIT: Some additional metrics. Longest time between graduation announcements since April is 37 days (or 89 days if you count the gap after the July mass announcement). Longest time between graduations since May is 35 days. Currently, it’s been 24 days since the Selen termination. We’re still within the established records for both announcements and actual graduations. If we go until March 14 without an announcement we’ll be breaking the current trend/record. Let’s see how this goes.

My only comment here is stealth termination.

This is the list the witch should reference next time she attempts to defend the company.

When I started compiling this list, I thought I’d find a couple graduations every few months at the most. I didn’t realise how bad things were until I started googling and kept finding more and more every month.

Also, another thing to note here is that if the graduation queue is (still) really that long, then any potential Niji member that decided to graduate after the Selen debacle will likely be at the very end of the queue and have to wait months before it’s their turn. We might not see the fallout of this situation for a while. Even if we see Niji EN graduations soon, they might be people who were already planning to do so.

So 21 graduation/termination in less than 12 months mark………… truly the best academy

This list really gives you a perspective. I wonder who has been giving the graduating soon vibes recently. Money’s on Petra.

One more would be Karon from the Chinese branch VirtualReal who Graduated after being Doxxed and Harassed by AI “Art” Bros for not wanting to use AI in her Drawings, ultimately ending up Graduating July 17 2023. She Spoke English so and was really fun to watch so it sucks losing her like that.

Fucking miss her and also Akane, does anyone know if they came back on a personal Channel? Would love to watch them again.

So many ID member… it’s insane… The ID branch had so much potential they were all so talented. Also the KR branch too. When I first started watching Nijisanji I never thought it would have come to this
