I took a Japanese local ferry from Kokura to Matsuyama. It connects two islands, Kyushu and Shikoku. The ship is 35 years old. It was quite interesting and exciting to spend a night.

I live in NYC. I would love to take boat and train rides where it is not crowded.
Arigato from germany. I love Japan. Been there 6 times so far. Next time i wanna do ship-trips over night to safe trainticket plus accommodation.
9:30 I thought those were benches to sit on. How ignorant I am.
Everything so beautifully maintained and neat. I love Japan.
Moving trucker stop. Convenient.
3 passengers?! Oh wow I'd love to travel if there are only such few people
Thank you for the videos they are brill.
Was the ferry route more popular in the past.
"I'm handsome…..WHERE'S MY KEY??" ๐
'Free lockers', but a deposit is required? Help me out here. ๐
A true curry enthusiast, trying an unknown curry drink after announcing you wanted something sweet!
"you made curry but put too much water" ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐คฃ
If I had a car on that ferry, could I chill until 7? Or would I be blocking someone in, and I would have to leave at 5?
The Lady, who made the english announcement, sounds very hot ๐
Yay a new food channel!!
Compared to your usual ferry sizes, this is more typical where I came from, even smaller. I have travelled alone in open air cots coz it's cheaper, sometimes in air conditioned ones, but still only rows of open double bunks where privacy is non existent. Still got me to where I need to go.
โMy buttocks confirmed itโ ๐คฃ
The shrimp flavored chips we have the same here in the Philippines and it's called Oishi.

Water with Sweat as part of the name?
The empty corridors were spooky but when you walked into your cabin and the lights were off, that was scary! I would have noped straight out of there.

Hmmm, I wonder why they do not sell Pocari Sweat in the West ??? ๐ค๐ค๐ค
Awesome video Awesome fun
Love your videos, I have a question if you donโt mind there never many people in your videos, is it because you are respecting that other people may not want to be in the video. In this video I hardly saw another person. Thank you for all the effort in put ๐
The interior of this older ferry reminds me of the Nostromo from the movie Alien.
Really like your videos. I. Wonder if it would be possible to get an idea what the public baths look like on the inside. Is it just shower stalls, or are there large tubs too?
So sad this ferry was not as popular!! Looked like you were on a ghost ship!! Your sense of humor is always welcome. This video needed it!! Hahaha Aloha from Hawaii!! We don't have ferry's!!๐ซ๐ซ
