Taiheiyo Ferry operates three different ships (Kitakami, Ishikari and Kiso)
I have tried Kitakami’s First Class Cross Twin.
It was unique
I have tried Ishikari’s Semi Suite

0:47 When you do these maps, can you please also include a more zoomed-out map view? The scale isn’t very clear to me.
Also, I like it when you include the bed length. As a standard-issue 180 cm Scandinavian man, I’ve had a few travel experiences with crampedly short beds (like a horrible bus trip to Spain), so that’s something that interests me. However, you forgot to do it this time.
👍👊😎
Love both your travel and food channels. May we know which day of week has least amount of passengers on these ferry lines?
Feel like you’re the only person on the ferry🤗
6:19 I thought that was Ganbare Goemon, and I got really really excited. Additionally, thanks for these videos. I enjoy getting to have somewhat a a virtual visit on these neat ships.
I really like the atmosphere your videos. They are so relaxing to watch. Great job!
I Absolutely love watching your videos. I just found your channel. Every time you take a bite so do I. But I’m only chewing on air. 💕❤️🩹💜
Why are there no other people sometimes
Thank you. The sun I thought looked like a embryo egg.
What's the net thing above the bed for?
I'm curious how they manage to operate such a ship with almost no passengers.🤯
This is the ferry we took from Hokkaido to Sendai (which then continues back to Nagoya). We took the Ishikari from Sendai to Hokkaido, the Kiso is a nicer ferry, but both ferries had the same bad buffet. The Kiso looks even shakier tan it did when we road it. You can think of the ferry being a giant "Magic Fingers" massage bed. A little (or a lot) of beer will help you sleep. We drove from Sendai back to our home in Tokyo, passing by Fukushima. Along the highway are Geiger counter signs showing how much radiation was in the air. The numbers got higher as we got closer to the nuclear plant, and then went back down after we had passed it.
"Me vs wind. I won." You sure did. You got to see an incredibly beautiful sunrise.
Are you Japanese? If not, do you speak Japanese or how do you navigate?
Love the vids, their so relaxing.
12:42 "Nothing" …I love this channel. 🙂
Ishikari is now Asterion II in Greece and a bit smaller
What is Calpis? 😊
Always fun to watch
Noted: always bring ear plugs when staying in a capsule room. Snoring drives me crazy 😅
I like watching Mr. Solo eat two or three meals. Say hel[o to you tapeworm for me!
Oh HECK No!!! to the capsule. I'm claustrophobic. I'd be climbing the walls. Other than that a nice ship.
Solo Travel Japan – I'm curious to know something. How come at least 6 of your videos that I've watched, there are either no people or 4 or 5 crew members from the ferries waving from the dock, and no one else, everywhere you go??? I've never seen anything like this?? Do you time your trips according to when people are not traveling??? When you go anywhere there is absolutely no one around you!!!! No waiters or waitresses, no cooks, no maids. No one cleaning up or no other passengers walking by. How do these ferries and buses and hotels stay in business??? Or is this just a certain time of year it's like this?? Please explain. I know your title is solo travel but I took it to mean you travel alone not you dont travel with no one else being around you.
