Luckily the regular customers are quite understanding with grandpa speed of cooking and food prep.
As he was a one man show and age has catch up with him. So customers has shown their kind understanding with the food waiting time.
Wish there was someone (at least 2 persons) who could learn and takeover his trade. The profit may not be that much, but the pride and legacy need to be retain.
