My channel was selected to be one of the 16 channels for YouTube NextUp 2016 and for the collaboration video, I decided to have a nabe party with my team members 😀
It’s a little different from my usual video style however I thought since I was given this opportunity, I would challenge myself to new filming techniques/editing etc. and step out of my comfort zone and hopefully also step up the quality!
Japanese nabe or hot pot is a must eat in winter! There is probably no Japanese person that doesn’t go through winter without eating nabe at least once!
There are many different nabemono such as shabu shabu and sukiyaki but I love nabe hot pot the best 😀 It’s so easy to make and you can just basically chuck any veges/meat you like in there.
Ingredients used in the video:
Chinese cabbage 白菜
Spring onioin 長ネギ
Carrot 人参
Tofu 豆腐
Chicken 鶏もも肉
Minced Balls お肉団子
Mushrooms(Shiitake) しいたけ
Udon 締めのうどん
