Backcountry in the Northern Alps
This time, we’re taking on backcountry skiing in the Northern Alps, located in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture. Mount Norikura, situated in the Northern Alps, is an excellent backcountry destination.
The hike takes approximately 4 hours, with a 20-minute ski descent. Instead of reaching the summit at 3026m, this time we went to around 2900m.
Even in late April, there was a substantial amount of snow, providing a satisfying experience.
