Chichibu and Tokigawa town are located one to two hours away from Tokyo by train.
If you wanna feel local atmospheres and see the view of country side, these two towns are really amazing.
It is the best option to rent a car but there are also some local transportations like bus and train(But only for Chichibbu)
What I was looking forward to the most in Chichibu is to see sea clouds in Minoyama park.
But we were too lazy to wake up in the early morning so missed it…
It was fine because we found the hidden beautiful country town, which is Tokigawa Town.
The town is very small(only one thousand people live there), so calm, and have a lot of fancy spots.
I really recommend you to chill out and feel relaxed here.
