›››Be prepare for a lot of walking! Or another good way to explore Kyoto is to rent a bike! The accommodation we stayed at also offers discount bike rental rates.
›››Make sure to check the reviews of the airbnb before booking one. Cleanliness, location and a helpful/friendly host is important.
›››Bringing a power bar – a major key if you have camera, cell phone, and etc. This is also handy if you have only one travel outlet adapter which can be very expensive ($10-$15 per adapter) to allow you to charge multiple devices.
