  1. Occidental and negros ng Bacolod lods. Hindi Oriental 😊 ung mga ilonngo ng negros occidental sila .pag bisaya, oriental

  2. NGC New Government Center…the city don't call it the Cityhall because the old cityhall land area was donated by a prominent family to the city of bacolod to a condition that the area will be a site for a Cityhall..should it be used for other facility other than a Vityhall..the said family retains the right to reclaim the lot they donated..hence the old cityhall keeps the name cityhall and the new one is NGC and not named Bacolod City Hall…

  3. BREDCO or Bacolod Reclamation and Development Corporation…is a private entity.Hindi yan gobyerno. Why ask for free. All the establishments there paid to BREDCO for them to have yheir businesses..like SM,S&R,Acacia Hotel,Gaisano Grand,Warehouses.

  4. The Baywalk area is not really a tourist destination, i have been there only once. I am not sure if SMDC will develop the area once all the condo buildings are constructed more like MOA. But for now, the Baywalk area is run privately and was never developed. At least not yet.

  5. Ang designer ng Iloilo Esplanade ay si Paulo Alcazaren, na sya ring nag design ng Singapore Esplanade.

  6. Bakit may bayad pa before entering Baywalk jan sa Bacolod? If privately-owned yan sana, the LGU could have subsidized or appropriated a budget to open to the public to attract locals & tourists. A very good example is our River Esplanade here in Iloilo.
