Welcome to Japan Alvin. Another great trip report. I flew JAL biz twice this year but also had the same feeling about the meal quality. It was okay but not amazing. And the IFE system is old and needs update for sure.
Both informative and beautifully shot and produced. As you say the legroom is pretty unrivalled despite other shortfalls. I wonder how much better the food is flying in the opposite direction…
Spectacular business class product! Also, I've been to that oneworld lounge at LAX Bradley and I prefer it over the Flagship Lounge at T4. Which is why I enjoy having status with oneworld; I can enjoy lounges like that in LA even if I'm only flying to Phoenix LOL!

I did the reverse of yours exactly 3 months before you – JL16, HND-LAX, on your sister plane (yours was JA739J, mine JA738J) but on economy class. Had a great time too onboard JAL. Nice vid as always!

That ife remote is also unresponsive for me. I do understand your comments on that. That is also a same problem with sky suite III,which has slightly less legroom…
