I have noticed you know now how to eat using your hands
Oh wow, Martin is such a vibe and he knows his stuff and Pru (sorry for the spelling) came over too?? Wow, a triple collab! NIce. Okay, now, i'm so hungry and so so so miss my hometown's food. Ilonggo food is so much more than just inasal and also Bacolod/Silay area is more than just the sweets. Dang it! I need to come home and bring my kids for them to see and experience my hometown and the country. Thanks for explaining it well, when it comes to offals, that it isn't so bad and it isn't something to be disgusted about. North Americans don't see where their food comes from. All they know is the packaged stuff in the grocery stores-which is not their fault. BUT don't come to places outside North America and be all disgusted and write off the food. Pinoys use all parts of the animal so nothing goes to waste. Sorry-slight rant there. Thanks for going more local spots and thanks for going back to Bacolod. Did you just miss the Masskara Festival?? Take care and have fun.
Martin is awesome! Love you brother! ππππ¨π¦π¨π¦
