出雲崎・寺泊【アラ還・越後の旅】福島潟・入船みなとタワー・七面大天女岩屋　Izumozaki/Teradomari [Echigo-Tabi] Fukushima Lagoon, Irifune

【3日目】

・牛が島大橋

信濃川を渡る細めの橋。
遠目に見てよさげさったので
渡ってみました。
川の景色が心地よし。

車で30分

・沢山ポケットパーク

山本山高原と言われるところの
展望スペース。
道路に隣接です。

眼下に田園風景。

霧があったのですが、
晴れて来て
見えるようになる
景色が幻想的でした。

→日本海側に車1時間

・蓮華寺の大杉

大きめの看板がでていました。
確かに立派な杉です。

樹齢1300年..
お寺はあまり大きくありませんでしたが、
雰囲気はありました。

→日本海に車で30分

.天領出雲崎時代館
道の駅にある博物館。

佐渡島に近く、曇りながらうっすらと
見えます。
佐渡の金をこちらの港まで運んだとか。

そのあたりを解説した時代間と
石油ランプ館が併設されています。
どちらもなかなかの規模で。

特に金を運んだ船を再現された物が
置かれていて
迪力満点。

昔の商店街を模した通りもありました。
ここは一度見ておく価値あり・・

・夕凪橋

海突き出た橋。
観光用でしょう。

・養泉寺

門に年季が入っていて
見ごたえがありました。

・魚の市寺泊
漁港と市場でにぎわう所。
月曜日なので人は多くないかと
思いきや・・

結構たくさんの人が来ていました。
ここで昼食を頂きます。

→海岸沿いを北東に20分

・獅子が鼻

海に突き出た岩場。
海から見たらもっと迫力がありそう。
岩は尖っていました。

確かに獅子の鼻に見えてきた。

・七面大天女岩屋（日蓮岩屋）

大きな岩の下が穴が開いています。
ここで修業したとか。
圧巻でした。

→海岸沿いを北東に20分

・入船みなとタワー

大きな建物でした。
東京湾の晴海ふ頭を思い出します。
外から階段で登れるようになっています。
この下にトンネル(川をくぐる)があり、

それに付随する施設のようです。
(排気口とか)
地下三階までエレベーターで下れます。
そこは歩道でした。

徒歩・自転車でもくぐれる、

→海岸沿いから離れて30分

・福島潟
・潟来停

こちらの潟です。
浅いようで
ところどころ
草が伸びています。

展望塔があったのですが、

残念ながら休館でした。
水鳥が多数いました。

15時過ぎ、こちらを出て、
新潟→山形→宮城
と帰路につきました。

20時前に到着。

【感想】

法事に合わせての旅でしたが、
新潟はまだまだ見ていないところ多い、
魅力的な場所でした。

２泊3日
気予報的( には雨が多かったのですが、
そこまで降らずに見ることができました。

今年は紅葉の色づきがあまりよくない、
のは残念でしたが⋯
多数に見どころを満喫しました。

Day 3

Ushigashima Bridge

A narrow bridge crossing the Shinano River.
It looked good from a distance.
I crossed it.
The view of the river is pleasant.

30 minutes by car

Sasawa Pocket Park

Yamamotoyama Plateau.
A space with a view.
Adjacent to the road.

Rural scenery below.

There was fog,
started to clear up and
the view was fantastic.
The scenery was fantastic.

→One hour drive to the Sea of Japan side

The big cedar at Rengeji Temple

There was a large signboard.
It is indeed a magnificent cedar.

The cedar is 1,300 years old.
The temple was not very big,
It was not very big, but it had a certain atmosphere.

→30 minutes drive to the Sea of Japan

. Tenryo Izumozaki Period Museum
A museum located in a roadside station.

It is close to Sado Island.
It is cloudy, but you can see it.
It is said that gold from Sado Island was transported to this port.

The museum has a period room that explains the history of Sado Island and a petroleum lamp pavilion in the same building.
and the Oil Lamp Museum.
Both are quite large.

In particular, a reproduction of the ship that carried the gold
the ship that carried the gold is placed
It is full of spirit.

There is also a street that resembles an old shopping street.
It is worth seeing…

Yunagi Bridge

A bridge jutting out of the sea.
It is probably for sightseeing.

Yosenji Temple

The gate is very old.
The gate was a sight to behold.

Teradomari Fish Market
A bustling fishing port and market.
I thought there would not be many people because it was a Monday.
But……..

But there were quite a lot of people.
We will have lunch here.

→20 minutes northeast along the coast

Lion’s Nose

A rocky place jutting out into the sea.
It would be more powerful if seen from the sea.
The rock was sharp.

It certainly looked like a lion’s nose.

Nichiren Iwaya (Nichiren Iwaya)

There is a hole under the big rock.
I heard that she trained here.
It was a highlight of the trip.

→Walking along the coast to the northeast for 20 minutes

Irifune Minato Tower

It was a big building.
It reminded me of Harumi Pier in Tokyo Bay.
You can climb up the stairs from the outside.
There is a tunnel under the tower (passing through the river),

It seems to be a facility associated with it.
(Exhaust vents and so on).
You can take the elevator down to the third basement floor.
There is a sidewalk.

You can also go through it on foot or by bicycle,

→It is 30 minutes away from the coast.

Fukushima Lagoon

This is the lagoon here.
It seems to be shallow

Unfortunately, it was closed.
There were many water birds.

After 3:00 p.m., we left here,
Niigata→Yamagata→Miyagi
Yamagata, and Miyagi.

Arrived before 20:00.

Impressions

I had to make this trip to coincide with a Buddhist memorial service,
There are still many places in Niigata that I have not seen yet,
It was a fascinating place.

Three days and two nights
The weather forecast was for a lot of rain, but it didn’t rain that much and we were able to see the city,
But it didn’t rain that much and we were able to see the scenery.

But it was not so good this year,
but…
But we could enjoy many of them.
