As part of our commitment to promoting cultural education within our business and to our guests, we’ve developed a Mihi (welcome) and a Poroporoaki (farewell) specifically for our Haka Tours manuhiri (guests).
Eru, our Māori cultural adviser, takes us through the mihi and poroporoaki, so that all our Haka Tours guides can greet and farewell our manuhiri and we can incorporate more of the Māori culture within our New Zealand tours.
