  12. The city is trying to be famous in cuisine ala cart , not only for landmarks and culture ,and is moving in that direction, their are more to see that meets the eye in the sock shape island of negros

  13. The lamps, not sure if it’s the one you are referring to, but LACMA’s Urban Lights in Los Angeles, CA USA has white lamps. It’s pretty popular for people to take photos and it’s free.
