MTV VMAJ is the Japanese version of the MTV Video Music Awards, one of the largest music awards ceremonies in the United States, and has been held since 2002. This year marks the 22nd year of the awards, which are held as a “music video festival” that showcases the best works in a wide range of categories in the music scene, and attracts much attention every year. The best works in each category and special awards will be announced from the works released during the eligible period (October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023), and all eyes are on this year’s “Video of the Year” to see which work will win the award.
