佐潟・弥彦【アラ感・越後の旅】妙光寺での法事に合わせて　Sagata and Yahiko [Arakawa, Echigo-Tabi] in conjunction with a Buddhist

11月中旬、新潟に法事があり
それに合わせて散策しました。
6時半出発
高速道路を出来るだけ少なく

工事をしていて、片側相互通行に
なっている場所がたくさんありました。
山形から新潟に入る
国道112号線は、この時期
紅葉がきれい(3年前はそうでした)
今夏は猛暑で色づきが悪いみたい・・

・佐漏公園

新潟市を少し西に超えたところにあります。
「潟」とは沼のような湿地帯。
新潟県には多くあります。
件名にも「潟」がついている。

佐潟もその一つ。
東側が公園やビジターセンターになっていて
そこから見れました。

鴨がいっぱい。
壮観でした。

・妙光寺

法事を行う寺。
なかなか大きいです。
霊園も大きいところです。
樹木葬の区画も有ります。
ここを増設したとか。
尼僧の方にお経をあげてもらいました。

→30分走る。

この時期、紅葉がきれい、と
ライトアップがあって、

観光客が多い。
道路渋滞があるとのことで、
反対側に回って裏道から宿に入ります。

・お宿だいろく

弥彦神社と弥彦公園の間にある宿。
駐車場は広くはありませんでしたが、
食事は良かったです。

・弥彦神社

宿から歩いて5分程度
お土産屋やホテルが並びます。
時刻は16時30分
暗くなってきています。

(宮城に比べて遅いけど)
宿の前から鳥居が見えています。
こちらは菊祭りをしていました。
見ごたえがあります。

鳥居を過ぎて参道の両側に菊が
並んでいます。
暗くなってきましたが、
照明がたくさんついていました。

→宿を通り過ぎて弥彦公園に向かいます。

「もみじ谷」と書かれたポスターが
目に入ります。

真っ暗になっていますが、
人はたくさんいました。

途中、ライトアップされた
「大イチョウ」が。

多くの人が写真を撮っていました。
弥彦神社から10分程で
弥彦公園につきます。

大きな駐車場。
沢山車が停まっていて
出店も有ります。

・弥彦公園トンネル

トンネルをくぐった先が
「もみじ谷」と呼ばれる
公園の中心地です。

ライトアップされています。
これを見に来る人多い。

中ほどが
「観月橋」と呼ばれる橋
込み合っていました。

橋の中ほどに四角く出っ張った
場所があり、良く、写真に出てきます。
下の部分も小川はありますが、
歩道を歩くことができます。

18時から食事ということで
急いで宿に戻りました。

In mid-November, I had a legal mission in Niigata
I went for a walk accordingly.
Departure at 6:30 a.m.
As little highway as possible.

There were many places where construction was underway and one side of the road

Entering Niigata from Yamagata
Route 112 is beautiful this time of year.
The autumn leaves are beautiful (they were three years ago).
The coloring is not so good this summer because of the heat wave….

Sasareki-koen Park

Sanake Park is located a little beyond Niigata City to the west.
A “lagoon” is a marshy area like a swamp.
There are many lagoons in Niigata Prefecture.
The subject line also has “lagoon” in it.

Sagata is one of them.
The east side is a park and visitor center.
I could see it from there.

Lots of ducks.
It was spectacular.

Myokoji Temple

A temple where Buddhist rituals are held.
It is quite large.
The cemetery is also a big place.
There is also a plot for tree burial.
I heard that they have expanded this area.
We had a nun give a sutra.

→We drove for 30 minutes.

The autumn leaves are beautiful this time of year.
and there is a light-up,

There are many tourists.
We were told that there was a traffic jam on the road,
We turn to the opposite side of the road and enter the inn from the back road.

Oyado Inn

The inn is located between Yahiko Shrine and Yahiko Park.
The parking lot was not large,
The food was good.

Yahiko Shrine

About 5 minutes walk from the inn.
Souvenir shops and hotels are lined up.
The time is 16:30.
It is getting dark.

(Though it is later than Miyagi).
You can see the torii gate from in front of the inn.
The chrysanthemum festival was being held here.
It is a sight to see.

After passing the torii gate, chrysanthemums line both sides of the approach to the shrine.
The chrysanthemums are lined up on both sides of the approach.

There were a lot of lights on.

→We passed the inn and headed for Yahiko Park.

I saw a poster that said “Momiji Valley”.

There were a lot of people.

On the way to the park, we saw
lit up.

Many people were taking pictures.
It takes about 10 minutes from Yahiko Shrine to Yahiko Park.

A big parking lot.
A lot of cars are parked.
There are some stalls.

Yahiko Park Tunnel

After passing through the tunnel
is called “Momijidani” (valley of maple leaves).
The center of the park is called “Momiji Valley”.

It is illuminated.
Many people come to see this.

The middle of the park is a bridge called
bridge called “Kanzukibashi.”
It was crowded.

There is a square protruding in the middle of the bridge.
It often appears in the picture.
There is a creek in the lower part of the bridge, too,
You can walk on the sidewalk.

We returned to the inn as soon as possible.
I hurried back to the inn.
