With only reading the title, I can confidently say this is a dumb idea. 🤦♂
ryokans are fine if you want a preplanned itinerary. going to a major city, no, im not staying at a resort. but a ryokan in the mountains and where you dont need to go far to explore, thats ideal.
the men only train car sounds like something the men's rights activates would do in the west. so basically while there is a men only train car with only men, the other train car will be for women only. so basically not much changed on any other day?
