Fukuoka is famous for many foods including chicken and yakitori. The chicken here is so high quality you can eat it raw. In fact they have a full chicken sashimi course I wasn’t brave enough to eat. I still enjoyed some raw bits as shown in the video. This restaurant was a really unique experience. The single chef running it was very friendly and put a lot of care into the food. As a result our dinner took over 3 hours to eat. So definitely come here with good company and enjoy some alcohol

As always everything I ate was Gluten-free. The chicken was only seasoned with salt. Warning there might be cross contamination
