Hi Sonnie, I'm kinda a silent viewer but I just had to tell you how fun you are! You make me laugh, I love your stories, and traveling is my dream. You are a beautiful young woman. Thanks for making me smile. 🌸
'Am I in one of my male student's fantasies?' 😂 It would be such an anime thing. When I eventually visit Japan I am going to have to pack so many clothes because it really doesn't sound like shops have much that would fit me well – I generally prefer bagging things but I've watched some videos about weight and stuff there and I definitely would count as 'large' even if I'm average in the UK. The over the counter drugs stuff is really interesting! (And the illegal drugs, marijuana and heroine being treated the same way is so weird from a Western perspective!). I know that use of the oral contraceptive pill is still incredibly low in Japan because they didn't legalise it for so long and it's well known to be 'dangerous'. And all the other stuff is weaker? Do people just get lots and lots of prescriptions (that must clog up their Drs) or do they just use weaker things all the time? It sounds like they're very cautious about it all.
I hope you had a lovely time in Australia and enjoy Cambodia! So exciting!
Heya, great video, as usual. Maybe you should get some sort of P.O Box. I'm sure your wonderful followers would gladly send you stuff you miss or need from the west, and it would be great content for the videos. I'm back on Scotland, was in Portugal, so if you or Joe are in desperate need of Irn Bru, let me know 😎
Hi Sonnie! Scotland's influence reaches far and wide doesn't it? Even to MacKay where you are now in Australia, which as you probably know is named after a Scotsman as is Brisbane. Do these Scottish associations remind you of Scotland – as if you needed reminding?
That’s interesting that the over-the-counter stuff is that weak and prescription meds. Whenever you get a PO box, I’ll make sure to send over some Lactaid, Imodium, and maybe some extra buttons.
very interesting! After all and maybe, it's better to tell people "what they don't have to bring from their countries." This list would be shorter than "what they should bring." 😀
My bf and I always try to catch eachother and smell each other's arm pits for body odor and he doesn't smell like anything and he says I don't smell either. We're asian. It's so crazy!
Thankfully clothes will never be an issue for me because I can sew. It's more of having time for it. Shoes are the issue. I have wide feet so pretty much everything will have to be imported or I'm stuck with mends shoes .

OMG, you're so funny! I love those tight tops, and buttons careening down the hallway! 😀 Thanks for all that good info, and the mental images 😉

We have pretty much the same sized feet!!! The UK size flashed up & I was "that's my size"!!!

Costco has some items we can't find in Japan imo.
So plus size clothes would be impossible to find
