Join me on a walking tour of Timisoara, Romania, near union square, Piata Victoriei. Timișoara is the third most populous city in Romania, after Bucharest and Cluj-Napoca. Located in the western part of the country, it’s the capital city of Timiș County. It’s known for its rich history and beautiful architecture.

Timișoara has a significant place in Romanian history. It’s often referred to as “Little Vienna” due to its elegant city center, which has baroque, rococo, art nouveau, and neoclassical architectural influence. Many buildings in the city are officially recognized as historical monuments.
