Black pudding as blood pudding? I love natto but I don't like salmon roe and surprised marmite isn't on the list. (I hate marmite btw)
Pork Blood: it's quite a delicacy in many tribal communities of North East India too. They made it into kinds of sausages or they make it into "Jadohsnam" (Blood Rice)
In Norway it's a speciality called rakfisk which is basically flemented rotten fish stored in layers in buckets.Gordon Ramsey tried it on one of his shows he was utterly disgusted.
