Just remember,Rengoku lifted up two carts by barely dashing. Don't know how much each cart is in weight but if I had to make a guess it'd be 6-7 tons individually(I could be so wrong) because there are 8 cars in total and the whole weight of the train is 48-53 tons. Anyways that's anywhere from 24,000-28,000 rengoku lifted,with very slight effort or maybe even no effort at all.
