I love eating at Standing Sushi because their fish is so fresh and the prices are great. Planning on eating there this weekend now that I'm back in Japan for a couple of weeks.

It can not feel sensitive holding level of rice if it put on his gloves.
And also Sushi consists of trust between chef and guests.
