Second time going to Japan travelling solo this time (NO MORE CHINESE TOURS!!)
After a nice day in Hiroshima and Himeji, I head to Kobe again just so I can try their succulent Kobe Beef! The beef here was MILES better than the Kobe Beef that I had at Steak Land back in 2012.
Chef Shuhei in this video was also very nice and a wonderful sense of humour!
Note: This place is small. It is strongly recommended that you make a reservation for this place a couple of months ahead of time. The staff here have passable English so you should be fine.
I especially recommend the beef here although the highest they serve is A4.
Next time I go, I’m going to try a restaurant with A5 grade Kobe Wagyu!
