ハロウィン厳戒態勢の週末の渋谷を散歩 – 東京

渋谷のハロウィンは毎年多くの若者で賑わいますが、今年は史上最大とも言われる厳戒態勢が敷かれました。28日から渋谷駅周辺の交通規制や封鎖が行われ、午前5時半からフェンスや鉄柵が設置されました。午後にはJR渋谷駅のハチ公口の改札を封鎖。渋谷センター街では警察官が右側通行を呼び掛けています。
