Would you sail this ship? That is the question many are asking about the ships that had virus outbreaks. These ships will return to service but will their past turn potential passengers against them? on today’s show we look at the top 3 most infamous cruise ships and ask wether the virus ship should be added to it.

  1. I would sail on the Diamond Princess and I am booked on the Ruby Princess for our next cruise. It's like flying after a plane crash.

  2. Would we fly again knowing how many planes have crashed? Would we drive again knowing the # fatal car crashes each year? Etc… if we answer no to cruising, how can one justify saying not saying no to any other form of transportation?

  3. We did a private tour with an English speak guide in an 8 passenger van to Tokyo. It was better than a bus tour!!!

  4. I'm sorry, but I just can't get past that image of Carnival Triumph IN DOWNTOWN HOUSTON!!! I mean …

  5. I would definitely sail the Diamond Princess! The 1st carnival mardi gras ran aground but no one seems scared to book her! I'm just saying…

  6. For the most part, all Princess and Carnival ships (unless absolutely brand new) look run down and RUSTY on the outside. In almost every port, you'll see Royal and HAL crew doing exterior touch-ups. Never on Princess or Carnival. If they can't take pride on the appearance of the OUTSIDE of the ship, I doubt they care any more about the appearance of the inside. Little things mean a lot.

  7. I would absolutely PREFER to sail on the Diamond Princess or other highly sanitized ships.

  8. What about all the dirt inside the air conditioning ducts, were they decontaminated like all hospitals had to do for the Saars virus

  9. I would sail on the Diamond Princess. I know how extensively they cleaned everyday & night before this virus. My concern will not be how clean the ship is, but how "clean" the passengers are. This all started with a passenger.

  10. Diamond Princess – I would cruise on her. She's supposed to be a beautiful ship. And its been clear of the virus for months now. I follow Sally & David Abel on youtube. They vlogged their adventure on the Diamond Princess and then 2 months in a Japanese hospital before arriving back in the UK. This was in Feb so it was great to hear first hand how the virus was effecting them before it hit here in the US. Really helped to know how to handle it once it got here. Inspirational couple.
