   Discovering the beauty of the Fraser Valley for the first time! Can’t believe we never heard about it before this trip. So much to enjoy, especially as each season offers different foods and activities ☀🍂❄🌱

   ► ABOUT THIS VIDEO: Join us on a 5-day journey as we delve into the bountiful world of food and farms in Canada’s Fraser Valley (a region in southwestern British Columbia). We begin in Langley, then make our way to Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Harrison River Valley.

   In the first two days, as you’ll see in this video, we explore the charming Fort Langley and sleep at a beautiful farm. Langley’s up-and-coming foodie scene includes family-friendly restaurants, elegant fine dining, mouthwatering bakery-cafes and more! This eventful trip is divided into three parts.    Great video Mina, I grew up in BC in the 60's and 70's, it has changed alot but the Fraser Valley is still beautiful

    By now I've realised mina and mommy oh love croissant and have tasted in every episodes resently 😋 as well as you promote zero food waste always taking the leftover food not throwing it away
