Redlands CA drive downtown. State st Halloween trick or treating change, The city has moved their official trick or treating to Olive st. Businesses on State st are still going to hand out candy from 3pm to 5pm like they have in the past years.
New artison donut place Deaux on E. Citrus and 9th st, new Huichos spot by Von’s on Orange st.
