It is our first video in Vietnam and we are so excited to be here. The people we have met so far are so friendly, the food is delicious, and the scenery is beautiful. The Vinpearl Halong is an incredible way to start this trip. For only about $100 per night this room is totally worth it.

It's a joke actually, since pho doesn't go well with seafood so when you ordered the seafood one, he joked about the manatee. In Vietnamese, manatee is lợn biển, which means sea pig.
The one you had at 5:50 is bánh đa cua (crab noodle soup), a specialty of Hai Phong city, it's not a type of pho thou. It's the one that goes well with seafood. It has freshwater crab, fish cakes, pork wrapped in lolot leaves and sometimes prawns (or mantis shrimp and lobster but it's considered luxurious).
$100 per night for that? God damn, my stay at Hilton in Canada was $400 a night and it's not even 1/4 of what shown here.

Do you upload out of order or did you have a 6 month pause between the Galapagos? also you probably did eat a species of manatee 🙁 it's very sad because they are endangered there too but they still hunt them as a former resident of florida and just knowing this is like killing a sea elephant it makes me sad some places (even Australia!) still kills the harmless seacow.
Is that a private cruise? Is there any commercial cruise that actually cruises on the main boat?
