  1. Another great video about a less than well known place. Thanks, Sarah!
Although, seeing you slurp soba while wearing a light colored sweater made me nervous. 😉

  2. I truly enjoy your video tours. My son and I would like to visit the places you have mentioned. Keep the videos coming.

  3. i dont know why but i like your channel sweet n nice show the vlog review food keep it up sarah

  4. I've been to Kawaguchiko in 2018 and stayed for 2 days. But at that time had never heard of Aokigahara forest. How far from Kosuien, Azagawa to Aokihagara forest? I want to come back to this place someday and stay longer 🙂

  5. Thank you so much for your video so much good info I had to send this video to my son who just moved to Japan.

  6. 2:30 Sarah – I have come to the Aokigahara forest, which is also known as the suicide forest. And guess what we came here for??! Hint, I'm tired of this unfair world😁

  7. The ice cave looks soooo interesting and nothing I've ever seen before. Sarah, may I know if it is easily accessible without having to join any form of tour? we are travelling to Japan (from Singapore) in mid-dec and plan to rent a car…

  8. Your video is very nice, I am coming to Japan in May 02, will stay in Kawaguchiko and visit nearby areas.
I pray and hope the weather will be clear and sunny

  9. Great video on an area I want to visit. Like outtakes at the end. will check out your other vids,

  10. True story: We were driving back from Fujisama, and our friend Sugiama-sama pulls the car over, says Daniel-san (me)! CHOOOTOOO mite kudasai and then RUNS INTO THE FOREST…..that looked exactly like *that*….any who, I jump out, follow him (I'm a boy scout so no problem!)

I finally find him – couched down behind a giant rock – and I'm think ink he's going to kill me or something, but he's just looking for mushrooms! lol So funny.

  11. You should do a story about why Fujisan is barren, but Mount Tsukubai is full of life..have you heard that one? Basically, a god came to visit and asked Fuji for a place to rest; Fuji refused, so the god cursed Fuji for all time to be dead.

The god asked Tsukuba, and which split into a hammock-shaped mountain to be extra comfortable! ..so the god blessed Tsukuba with trees, rives, wildlife, for all time.
