If there’s one thing you must eat in your life, it is KOBE BEEF. The King of all wagyu beef, it is really a foodie dream. Only in Kobe can you get the full authentic (and very expensive) experience haha. Our second dinner was of course the ridiculously dangerous fugu, also known as pufferfish. This place serves wild fugu, which is more expensive and rare but the meat tastes much better than the ones you get at touristy places. The chef is very experience (you can tell by his age!) so I knew no tetrodotoxin was getting into my body today 🙂
