  1. Thank you for watching the video. We received comments from viewers about shark fins and researched the shark ecosystem. We have decided that eating shark fin is not good from the viewpoint of nature conservation, so we will not introduce shark fin at all in this channel in the future. We will also learn about nature conservation and strive to create videos that do not make viewers uncomfortable.

  2. Hopefully we will be able to visit Japan again soon. Thanks for the video.

  3. Hello thank you for another video. This is the first time I have to disagree with you. Sharks fin are harvested in very inhumane ways. There are many videos showing the practice. We must be mindful of how we treat other creatures. Thank you for showing the great new restaurant!

  4. Sharkfin is illegal here in Mexico! You only can get imitations and are so flavorful so, I'm surprised you can eat it in Japan. Also I love that Sushiro, a so colorful place and I'm impressed to watch the item are simple but look deeeeelicious! The last item, the salmon, avocado and tuna roll is name rainbow roll in my country and also in USA. The only difference is the tamago, we don't use it.
Expecting for more places, you have been working hard and I'm so excited to watch how you are evolving in your concept. Thank you.

  5. Thank you for the videos and effort put into them and going to all these places during the pandemic. Hopefully soon we can visit Japan and go to many of these places.

  6. Hi Junjiro and Akanemaru! I love your videos, thank you for creating them! I have to agree wuth a few other comments here and humbly ask you to stop posting/eating shark meat. Many of them are endangered and as apex predators they bring balance to an ecosystem so eating them doesn't only mean you are eating endagered animals, you are also destroying the ecosystems they live in. I really hope you will consider this as I really really enjoyed watching your food adventures! Thank you.

  7. I buy JR PASS but can't decide yet where to go Osaka or Nagoya. but I plan to go to Nagoya coz I stay in Tokyo. one day trip from Tokyo to Osaka is quite long distance.
