  1. can't wait to see your New Zealand Vlogs! I
i'm off on my Working Holiday Visa to Waiheke Island off from Auckland ! in November !!!! thanks for all your inspiration! Japan is next!

  2. Spring weather in NZ has always been unpredictable and often unsettled until December. Personally I would recommend you come February/March when schools have resumed, and the weather is much more settled. Try to get to some of the smaller towns rather than the tourist attractions. Glad you enjoyed Te Papa and the North Island ! Yes I agree about the costs of living. It’s expensive here for sure! I enjoy your videos.

  3. Heading to south island NZ next Thursday…good to hear you would try to hit that timeframe and can't wait to see your video!

  4. There was some airlines that used to board from the back first a long time ago. Then they wanted more money. I didn't like the capsule hotel. There was no ventilation. I would rather have a hostel bed.

  5. I LOVE Dormy Inn!! I also love the 9pm free ramen & the morning yogurt drinks!! I splurged on the breakfast buffet, so I had a hot meal to start the day off, but that onsen is amazing when your legs are tired after all the walking.

Mimaru Hotels look like a great option for larger groups, since it includes a kitchenette and enough room for 6+ people.

  6. I want to visit New Zealand so much, plan to flight to there for two months next year,by the way I meet Lisa’s mother in Hakodate observatory today, a special coincidence and encounter

  7. As a kiwi, I’m so happy you enjoyed your time here!! When you first announced you were coming, my first thought was wondering how you were going to meet your usual budget… Aotearoa’s cost of living is so bad right now, and it makes it difficult, for locals and tourists alike to get out and explore. Hope you can come back to relax and enjoy better weather!

(Love both the vids and the podcasts btw! you two are are wonderfully authentic and your work is always a treat, gonna sub to the new channel now ☺️)
