The 45th edition of Setagaya’s biggest fireworks festival is to take place above the Tama River near Futakotamagawa Station on the Tokyu Denentoshi Line and the Tokyu Oimachi Line.
A mid-sized firework event (6,000 fireworks) held along the banks of the Tama River near Futakotamagawa Station. The event—which has a different theme each year—attracts about 400,000, but many more watch from the surrounding area because the lack of high-rise buildings on both the Tokyo and Kanagawa side mean clear views of the fireworks.
