  2. This was after the livestream! The livestream was so hype it's good to see you guys relaxed afterwards.

  3. Duuuuude, I've been waiting for another fishing video with Director-san for so long! Thank you so much for doing this!
It must've felt so cool to get carps with such light equipment~

  4. The Director proves again that he can catch all kinds of wildlife!
Tony… rounds way down his deaths in game, way up the number of fish he catches…
Such a cute Halloween dress. I would guess this was filmed in October. XD
I'm glad everyone caught at least one fish!
I was worried when Cathy was leaning over the water… I started wondering "does anyone ever accidentally fall in?" Falling in in a lolita outfit would be twice as bad.

  5. So what do you do with the fish? Catch and release? Or eat them? Keep them as pets?

  6. When I was a teen we went camping every other weekend and my step father taught me to fish. They have a river there where I caught a little sunny fish but during fishing season they stock one of their swimming pools with trout and I caught a few of them out of the pool. I don't do it anymore but I still have the rod and hooks and stuff.

  7. I love fishing. It is so relaxing to get away from everything. Typically, I fish for bass, walleye, and pikes. Yay!

  8. 10:42 Cathy:"Bye bye, thanks for playing!"
    Fish:"…"
    Cathy:"Are you still there!? Oh-ah!?"
    Me:
Well you look adorable so it was stunned, poor guy fish.

  9. Are you allowed to take them with you home or do you just "fish for fun" and release them again?
If you fish there and can take them home … who is keeping watch on how many fishes are in these ponds? Because once in a while you need to "restock" them, right? And getting fish for free? Don´t they have to pay a fee to using these ponds and fishing their own pet/ meal?

Also: the moments with Cathy and Director both on screen: who´s filming? I would love to see more of the Ask Japanese crew!

  10. Awe, just like taking your kid to a trout farm here in the U.S.. Though by the title I did think they where going to be fishing the rivers going threw Tokyo. Cathy Cat should go do some deep sea fishing and land dinner. BTW director, nice shoes! we're you entered in a butt kicking contest later that day, LOL.

  11. I have so many questions about this. Do you need a permit? Is it like a city park? Is there a bait shop/tackle shop/rental shop nearby? Do some people keep the fish?
