  2. I went to a Singaporean restaurant in the Philippines. This was on the menu, but it was at market price per kilo, and i didn't even see the size. I didn't pull the trigger on that.

Never ever pick a blue claw crab, this means they just moulded not long ago and is still new, the muscle wont be fully grown and matured to the new shell.. hence after cooking, you can see the muscle shrink by ALOT. Always pick those dark and "crack" crab shells just before the grab is about to mould. Meat in those matured crab are way juicier won't shrink as much

  10. Bahan yang miss out.. Tomato 1 biji, baeang panjang 1.pokok ,potong pendek ,Gulac, Garam, Chicjen Stock.. Udang kering 80 gm, tumbuk kasar intuk di tumis, Belachen goreng 2 sudu ,Baeang putih 5.spoon yg goreng garing, Buah jagus 60 gm yang goreng garing ,Halia 39keping untuk tumis bukan Blend bagi hamcur, Step yg Salah dan tidak betul. Ok.

  11. Ketam kena marinate dengan derbuk lada putih 1.spoon dan tepung ubi kayu 3,spoon ,Soaking 20 minutes, baru mula mengoteng 80 per cent masak. Di Step 1 , ok.

  12. Dalam kuah ketam ini ,Dudah kurang ,Asm keping 2 keping ,Limau niois juice 2 spoon, Gula 2.spoon ,Belacheng goreng 2.spoon ,halia dan Tomato.. Ok.

  13. Sebenar ya.. Telur ketam atau otak ketam, campur telur ayam ,serbuk lada putih half tea spoon, Mixrd well, ladt 20 secound baru turun di kuah ketam, tutup api, Finished work. Ok.
