The answer to your questions "why the statues doesn't have their full face", my answer is because back then it is related to idol worshipper religion like Paganism and like Hinduism their also has their own statues as well. Nowadays Javanese and most of Indonesians are Moslem (Islam) do not worships idols, to be not mistaken for that reason, idol or statues can not appeared in full figure, the same kind of thing you can see also in Egypt a Moslem country, where the Sphinx statues doesn't have it's nose…Enjoy your trip✌

  10. Actually Balinese Hindu peoples origin is a runaway Majapahit Hindu peoples that want to escape from Majapahit during politic conflic on that era. They runaway across the sea, living on small island, blend with local & just wanna live a life with their community.

    Thats why they have similar patern on art, but you cant find any specific Majapahit name on Bali like "Gajahmada" (the great warrior from Majapahit) or something like that because their past conflic.

  18. You can visit Trowulan, Mojokerto City. If you want to know Majaphit Kingdom. Trowulan is the capital city from Majapahit. Hindu civilization developed, even the one in Bali started from here. In Trowulan you can see many temple such as Candi Tikus, Candi Brahu, Bajangratu and many more. And don't forget to visit Trowulan Museum

  20. After visited Kampung Inggris in Pare you can visit mountain Kelud its active vulcano the view is beautifull in jawa

  21. If you still in kediri, try to go to kelud volcano, it is very beautiful there. There is also an anti-gravity road there. If you go there, try asking local residents where it is. You can also go to dolo waterfall near klotok hill, maybe just a half hour by car from selomangleng cave. As I remember..
    You can also go to SLG monument, there you will find hundreds of cheap and very diverse street foods

  22. Idk if it's going to be interesting or not, but the myth says that most of the Presidents of Indonesia seems to avoid Kediri in order to make their Presidential terms to end well.
