いつもウォーキングビデオを見てくれてありがとうございます。
梅田再開発エリア北側に位置する中津を散歩いたしました。駅から数分のところにある中津商店街を囲む様に長屋と古家が密集し建ち並ぶエリアがあります。
古家は改装され店舗へと生まれ変わり、新しい人の流れをつくります。個性溢れる店舗は次々と連鎖し、少しづつですが他に無い変わった街に生まれ変わろうとしています。
連日並ぶスパイスカレー店から、予約が取れないとんかつ屋さん、美味しすぎる台湾料理店など素敵なお店の出店が止まらない場所です。車が通れない路地に建ち並ぶ長屋はノスタルジックな感じがとても良かったです。
中津周辺も一部が再開発される予定ですが、このエリアはあまり変わらないで欲しい気がします。

I took a walk in Nakatsu, located on the north side of the Umeda redevelopment area. Just a few minutes from the station, there is an area where row houses and old houses are densely packed, surrounding the Nakatsu shopping street.
These old houses have been renovated and transformed into shops, creating a new flow of people. Unique shops continue to open one after the other, and little by little, the area is trying to transform into a city that is unlike any other.
This place is always bustling with fantastic shops, from spice curry restaurants to tonkatsu places where it’s nearly impossible to get a reservation, and delicious Taiwanese cuisine spots. The row houses lining the narrow alleys where cars cannot pass give off a nostalgic vibe that is quite charming.
While some parts of Nakatsu are set to undergo redevelopment, I can’t help but wish that this area doesn’t change too much.
