It’s a Mad Tea Party, and we are spilling it everywhere, as Tom gets deep into his thoughts of the online Disney community, including blogs, influencers and other Disney personalities. They say that when your nose itches, someone is saying things about you behind your back. If that’s the case, someone is talking about Eric a lot.

  1. Best Video Bloggers of all time? See Ya Reel Soon with Joe and Ashley! Nothing about them was “influencer”. They shared their vacation videos and showed how things worked without incessantly talking about their knowledge. I miss them so, so much! There are none like them!

  2. The social media presence in the parks does not bother me at all. The majority of them at WDW are respectful and kind. The entitled park goer is another story.

  3. I rely on your news service and food reviews. It’s incredibly helpful, saves me time and money. I also appreciate Mammoth Club and All Ears. Molly’s tips have helped with Genie+ and All Ears gives us fun ideas for playing games in the parks. I’m at the parks at least 2xs a week and very rarely run into bloggers “taking up space” or interfering with anything, and if I do…I’m excited to see them, not irritated. (Never go on an opening day, ever! I wait for the reviews, then make my plans) So sorry, Eric, you are the other guy😂❤
I ran into Tom at Universal’s Appreciation Night and was star struck! Lol Poor guy got an ear full about the worst night I’ve ever had at Universal. 30 years and never had a bad day at Universal, and it happens the one day I run into Tom. Sorry, Man, really do appreciate the honest reviews; it’s not negativity.

  4. I started to loose interest in DFb a few moths ago when I notice that their videos, news ect where started to look desperate trying to get people to just click on the news , and them nothing important was going on.

  5. Who cares if people buy the food and then throw it away. If you are reviewing the food you cannot possibly eat everything, she'd weigh 300 lbs! I have no problem with people doing this.

  6. You all have nothing to worry about most all these vloggers are trying to be as informative as wdwnt. Thing about being good at what you do, people going to copy amd hate.

  7. Mr Morrow is pure joy but by what you say, if you vlog for your YouTube Chanel you aren't allowed to enjoy yourself? you guys are just so negative constantly 🙄

  8. people don't mind your negative reviews not everything is for everyone but its how you frame every single thing its all through a lense of such negativity

  9. This podcast was great! Why I like WDWNT so much. I do not always agree but I really appreciate genuine thoughts and opinions vs. group think, approved narrative focus group type media productions. Thanks!!

  10. I am glad to see podcasts up. I appreciate your honesty and discussion on various Disney topics. TBH I started watching WDWNT after watching the magnificent Timekeeping Series two years ago.

  11. Hey I wouldn’t worry about vloggers being too loud and how they are, I think the real issue is when your trying to watch a show for example the fireworks and everyone has their cameras up so you can’t even see the blimmin show yourself, I think there should be a course for people to show they don’t have to hold their camera up high to capture the images, hold the camera down to your face or chest 😂 it’s the same image 😝 great show guys

  12. We are grateful for your presence because we can’t be there. We are visiting vicariously through you! Thank you for that! ❤

  13. A.J. Wolfe of DFB is truly cloying and annoying, but Jackie from Super Enthused far surpasses A.J. when it comes to being a toxicly positive, sycophantic shill.

  14. I'm not sure what this was. But I liked it. Its still fresh and honest and why I listen. I do get the bright shinny vlogs also but when I'm looking for the real news, the honest news I come over here.

  15. My biggest complaint goes to VLOGERS who are more interested in showcasing themselves & their Instagram accounts. They don't understand Disney culture and moan continually about everything.
Disney is about experiencing everything for yourself, your family, your group etc. I appreciate seeing "what's going on" and I like everyone's take but frequently comments go over the line and they dictate why someone else is dumb or wrong for liking something.
I am grateful for your presence and delivering news& points of interest

  16. The Trackers take it to far with product placement and their every life just seems like pandering in my opinion

  17. As a normal, everyday visitor to the parks… not a single one of these online jerks is the show. You’re just another human mortal in your current blink of time.

  18. When Disney influencers are critiquing and justifying their own existence, the end is near. It’s like when ‘*NSYNC started trying to bolster support for pop music by doing a song called “Pop.”

Seriously, Disney has fallen out of favor with huge swaths of people, and that trend is still rolling. It will only get worse as people see the exorbitant prices Disney is charging versus the homelessness and poverty that their employ are ushered into by corporate malfeasance. Similarly, influencers will also be judged for propping up such a malevolent company.

  19. I found my way into all this during the pandemic not knowing anything about any channel and started with the usual suspects. After getting more aware of the environment, I decided the complainers and “rumor reporting” where it was essentially one person making their own ideas “rumors” about what was happening in the parks. People Mover in DL, anyone? The rumors never get retracted, instead we get vids of complaints that the fabrication wasn’t true. Those channels I can do without.
Another channel started off well but soon got aggravating on guests’ behalf as the host would sing LOUDLY over the park music because they didn’t want a claim on copyright. Like, edit the audio, add royalty free music, or hey – learn copyright fair use laws so you don’t have to shout out over every note one might hear at the park.

Any social media channel requires a TON of work, i’ve started and abandoned multiple times myself. It’s a job and if you want a hobby to become your job, this is an excellent way to do that. But the minute I have to do something on some schedule it’s not so fun any more. Kudos to those of you who put the time and effort into producing entertaining clips.

  20. I used to watch dfb but it became an infomercial for disney. They have the same 10 videos playing in a loop with slightly different clickbait names. That must be why they barely get any views with almost 1 mil subs.

  21. Great podcast! I love this format!
I have a very small food review instagram and only focus on food and have an adventurous pallet. I just don't go enough to the parks to make an impact. Was thinking of giving it more of a chance next year and hit the parks more. I do share in your view and enjoy that you do not pander to anyone. Keep up the good work.
