MGM buffets dropped off a few years ago, last MGM Buffet I went to was Aria 2019 and it was awful, over cooked meats, under cooked asian dishes, food areas not kept clean, stuff that always looks hours old.
No thanks, ill stick with Wynn… I do miss the Sterling Buffet, that was second to none.

I am shocked by how poor some of the sections looked. My advice for Bellagio Buffet has always been to start at the dessert section.
