Fishtery?
I'd say you nailed it. I saw a seagull drop a still flopping fish next to a bunch of office ladies having lunch on the waterfront in the city once. The ensuing pandemonium was deeply gratifying.
Seagulls? Might have dropped it during flight.
To determine if a bird did in fact carry that fish, first we would have to establish the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow?
魚を脚の爪でつかんで運んでいた鳥の落し物?
Any kids in the neighbourhood using a Potato Canon but ran out of spuds and thought a Flying fish might be more fun? 😊
I think aliens tried to beam it up with their UFO and than the tractor beam failed, resulting in them warping out of here in a hurry before some unsuspecting person gets it on the head, tells the government and the men in black go after them.
I mean… it's just a theory but I think the bird one is more likely.
Too funny! That was definitely my first thought as well. We occasionally find lobster claws or urchin shells in/around the woods here, dropped by a gull.
Yup, that's most probably the case.
Flying fish that strayed from a migrating flock.
Probably a heron flying over dropped it
the flying fish lost its way during fall migratio
This should go in the unexplained mysteries playlist 👽 👻 🐍
Clearly this fish couldn't pay off his debts and was thus beaten and tortured before being made to "walk with the humans" a real tragedy for his family really.
Could be praise the lord but there were no loaves of bread🍞 next to it. Other possibilities a neighbor had enough of fish 🐟again for lunch so threw it out the window? 😏🙄
Dead horse head in the bed theory.
Flying Fish what ran outta fuel.
Sardinenado!
Does Japan have Herons?? could be something like that.
So long and thanks for all the fish. – Hitchhikers Guide.

The Sky provides…
Murakami might know something about this..
