If you’ve ever tried Kobe Beef, you know how good it is. Tajima Beef is category of Kobe Beef and is one of the rarest of Wagyu. 🥩

Kitsune no Yomeiri uses beef from Japanese black cattle 🐄 that’s been raised in Hyogo prefecture. This specific bloodline is known to produce the highest percentage and best quality marbling.

This restaurant uses pure bred Usunaga Tajima beef, only 100 of them are bred per year.
Their menu is “omakase” which includes their signature Usunaga Beef Shabushabu. An optional wine pairing course is also available.

Definitely recommend checking them out! It’s the perfect place for families, friends and couples who are looking for something special.
