So when can we expect The Dying Gaul's handbook to Yebisu's Best Beers and Brewery's. It's been years since I have really done a full on beer adventure tour cause I really only drink beer if I'm playing a sport. However, I might be a good sport and give this tour a try as long as I don't have anything to do the next day. Somehow, I feel a down day is required after a Dying Gaul beer run. In fact, it's almost mandatory. You've got to be in drinking shape to drink with the master. I'm pretty sure that's an old Japanese proverb.
