Surprisingly, some people are willing to overlook the history of deceased residents when real estate prices become too high.
Younger people, who may be less concerned or unafraid of houses with a tragic past, are enticed by the attractive prices.

my friend ever lived in his friend’s apartment, he said its not even building with accident, or jiko bukken, but one night his front door that also has email door on it made sounds “klak klak klak” and there was hands moving it from outside, but when he opened it, no one outside

There’s actually real estate brokers in Japan that have houses that are listed specifically because they’re haunted and people get a deal with the rental because of the haunting going on
I don’t know why anyone would want to move into these places because these places can be really infested with ghosts being that Japan’s X amount of years old

I wouldn’t rent to be scared out of my mind in the house how would you ever get sleep? Rental beware definitely
when you rent in these haunted houses from brokers who rent them because no one wants them in Japan
so it’s mainly people visiting and are interested in ghosts that probably come into Japan
The fact that the cleaning company also makes amazing art in the form of those dioramas has me blown away. There is such care and artistry in every detail of those, you just know that they also clean the houses with equal care and tenderness.
Japan is a sad place because of zero interaction to people who leaves around them or nearby them. Their strictness and ego makes them die alone. Why is that? Why does it have to be that way? I think you should rejoice because you only leave once. It doesn’t mean leaving alone you should be sadder too for the rest of your days when you are still alive.
