In 2020, the “Biei River / Blue Pond Cycling Course,” spanning a total of 20.8 kilometers from the central town area of Biei-cho to the “Blue Pond” and the “Shirahige Waterfall” in Shiro-fu Onsen, was opened. While cycling along the riverside road alongside the Biei River, you can enjoy the views of the Daisetsuzan Mountain Range and the surrounding trees. Especially during the autumn foliage season, it becomes one of the most beautiful cycling courses in the country, allowing you to fully appreciate the natural beauty of Hokkaido.
2020年、美瑛町中心市街地から白金温泉近くの「青い池」と「白ひげの滝」までの全長20.8キロメートルの「美瑛川・青い池サイクリングコース」が開設されました。 美瑛川沿いの川沿いの道をサイクリングしながら、大雪山連峰や周囲の木々の景色が楽しめます。 特に紅葉の時期は、北海道の自然を満喫でき国内では最も美しいサイクリングコースとなります。

どこまでも続くサイクリングロードという感じで、北海道の雄大さがわかりますね。同時に熊が出て来るのではないかと恐いです。
美瑛、富良野は夏の家族旅行で７回くらい行きましたが、サイクリング道路は知りませんでした。
