F this guy man 🙁 I wanted to stream in Japan but i heard there is going to be new law against streaming IM SO PISSED. 🙁
Quick tip for anyone going next summer, look up restaurants that will be open in the morning for breakfast, lots of them don’t open until 9-10 A.M., stay inside the hotel/AirBnB or places with AC between 11:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. and then plan your day around the afternoon, sundown and late night.
Great episode but one complaint. Can we not with the word 'mo*lested' @25:36? Seems a little crass.
What got him is trespassing onto a construction site. I dont think he didnt do anything in Japan that was "illegal" till then which got him watched closely. I hope his "lawyer" doesnt answer his call.
Also gangs in america will be waiting for him when he gets back sooo yeahh RIP. This guy is a garbage person.
I want to clarify here that the arrest rate is not 99%.
Arrest is a process, and the prosecution chooses to prosecute or not prosecute, and the court decides guilt or innocence.
If you are charged, you are guilty 97% of the time, but that's because there is evidence.
If there is no clear evidence, the case is dropped and the accused is released.
In some cases, if the crime is minor and the person is remorseful, the case is dropped.
The conviction rate in Japan is well known, but it is misinterpreted and spread by foreigners.
I would like you to get your perception right.
By the way, if you don't have money to hire a lawyer, the government gives you the choice of a free lawyer or to defend yourself.
By the way, before Somali, in the case of a streamer named Joey who broke into a ryokan and a private home in Fukushima, Japan.
He was detained for nearly 30 days on two charges and released without prosecution.
After nearly 20 days in custody, the first charge was dropped and he was acquitted, and then he was re-arrested and detained on the second charge, which was nearly 30 days.
Even if arrested, the results can vary.
There are requirements for deportation, including crimes lasting more than a year, illegal residence, and violent crimes.
In Somali's case, he was only trespassing for a short time and with no danger and only for conspicuous purposes, so even if he is convicted, it is highly likely that he will not meet the requirements, which are likely to be six months or so.
If it were possible, I would not want him to come to Japan again, but I have no choice but to obey the law.
The foreigner, who punched Johnny Somali, owns a bar in Osaka. And from my understanding of the situation, JS and his friend were harassing a young Japanese female streamer before that guy punched him. (JS was also being a nuisance to that guy and his friend, too).
And I really hope that Japan makes an example of him. I saw that he could face 3 years minimum in prison for the first trespassing charge alone..m
is robot restaurant back ?
he should go back to his origin Somalia and make a racist remarks over there. if he got balls. lol
imagine being someone who loves and respects Japanese culture. you spend your first trip containing your excitement and being as cautious to not offend people you are a guest to, and you'll inevitably be judge on the same scale as that asshole and with Logan Paul as well
i do give absolute credit for all the people I met in Akihabara and Odaiba for giving me the benefit of the doubt that i'm not a Yankee douchebag
Something positive could come out of the episode of JS
Visitors to Japan will see this and be more mindful of their behaviour and in turn will enjoy the stay even more
I was just in Japan for 5 weeks and I loved golden gai. All you do is walk down the allys, listen for english, pop your head in and see if there are enough seats and your good to go. Also check out death match in hell.
Great pod guys.. JS?? I think a lot of us would like the Japanese to have him locked up for a minimum of 6 months re HARD LABOUR and then kicked out.
Mind you the Japanese did not do themselves any favours when the JS git went over to ?Bali ?? and the Japanese let him back in the country?? UHH?
Give yourself 6 months to get 6 pack, Chris. You don't want to rush the progress and end up not enjoying the process. Its a complete lifestyle change.
Gaijin disturbs the peace of Japanese society.Japanese people should not accept them.
In which podcast he talks about Johnny kitagawa? I look gor many Japanese content creators and literally no one is talking about him even japanese media is finally covering the story and as far I know those content creators are not sponsored by cool japan….
The nearest of me getting six pack was four pack, now its just one pack belly T_T
For Johnny and Jino, it's bland and cold fish and cold rice, and hot miso soup and hot green tea day in day out. They do serve other things, but they are all equally bland and cold. No internet and no flow of information like newspapers or radio/TV news, that's gonna hurt these internet addicts. No alcohol. No company of lovely ladies, just jail guards and your cell mates, all males. In Japan jail, you are never told when you're scheduled to see a lawyer or prosecutor, you wait and wait and wait for those things that may not even happen. It's only been 16 days since their arrests. I bet they're not giggling and smiling now. Will jail time humble these arrogant, entitled Americans? They are humbled now, but because they are diggers, as soon as they're released they will double down with vengeance, and that's when J Police mind-fnckery really begins 🤣🤣🤣

Meh. I don't know about apple, but wired headphones will always sound better than wireless.
