In this video you will get complete information about Bharat Koop, Ram Shaiya and Kamadgiri Hills Parikrama.
After having tea and breakfast around 08:00 am we booked an auto for 500 rs for visiting places like Ram Shaiya, Bharat Koop and Kamadgiri Hills.
Bharatkoop is located at a distance of 18 kms from Ramghat.It is a religious place located near Chitrakoot .Bharatkoop is famous for the temple of four brothers, that is Shri Ram ji, Lakshman ji, Bharat ji and Shatrughan ji. It is also said that in Treta yug Bharat ji had brought water from all the holy water sources to do coronation of Lord rama and take him back to Ayodhya,but Lord Rama refused to go to Ayodhya ,so based on advice of Atri Sage he poured the holy water in the well located at Bharatkoop. Therefore this water is most sacred and has powers to fight diseases.
Ram Shaiya is located at a distance of 6 kms from Ramghat. At this place you will get to see ancient temples. A rock is also found here, about which it is said that Shri Ram ji and Mata Sita ji used to rest during the night in this rock. Even today in this rock you can see their signs. One can predict the height of Lord Rama by looking into this rock. The bow was placed between Ram ji and Sita ji. You will also find the sign of that bow to be seen in the rock.
Kamadgiri Hills is located at a distance of 2-3 kms from Ramghat. The circumambulation of Kamadgiri hill starts from Kamat Nath temple.Parikrama Starts by visiting Kamat Nath ji and ends at the Kamat Nath temple itself. In the Parikrama Marg, you get to see the entrance of the Kamat Nath temple, where Kamat Nath ji is seated The circumambulation of Kamadgiri not only gives the blessings of Rama, but also gives a chance to travel in two states simultaneously, half the circumambulation is done in Madhya Pradesh and half in Uttar Pradesh. Many facilities have also been given in the parikrama path, apart from paved path, shed, wheel chair, Bhandaras are also held at many places, due to which people also get hot prasad. Apart from this, many colors of devotion are seen during the parikrama.
