We were shocked!!This is the life we live after we left Kenya. After visiting our village in Kenya we left our small farm here in good condition but when we came back it was in a very bad condition. Today we are cleaning it.

Chef matiko you are surrounded by good people in Spain 🇪🇸 your in laws, neighbors and friends 😀 ❤
Good thing about farming is you eat healthy foods and they are tastier than the ones from the shop
Watching from jamaica 🇯🇲🎉🎉❤
Hola Chef Mat and Laura. How are you. You can dig a hole, put those carrot, pepper plants, veg in it, cover and compost. You can also use a container to compost. You will get rich organic soil once they breakdown🥬
Nice to see Mara involved and in the wheelbarrow 🙂
Outdoor spaces are good for our health 🙂
Lo, 8.26pm and the sun has not set!. In Kenya, this is time to switch off lights and sleep.
❤❤
Chef this is called an allotment in Europe not a farm. Each person has a small plot of land in an area so therefore called an allotment..
😅Mara is repairing the door, very clever
Onion, tomatoes, carrots, green and red pepper well done chef Matiko family
Make a hole in the corner of your farm and put all the weeds to hdecompose and give you compost to improve your soil instead of throwing it away.
Make a compost heap with the carrot leaves and weeds
Carrots love sandy loam
Guys why can't you use the twigs to make compost manure and also keep some rabbits in there to help in making the compost manure coz the land is too hard and needs some things to make it soft.,Dig ahold and put the remains to decompose..Laura is hard working lady.
Kazi ngumu ngambo.
