Today we cooked our Thai friends favourite food here in rural Thailand.

We first went to the local village market to get all the ingredients we needed to cook.

On the menu today was Laab with a mix of pork meat and organs – Ann’s favourite food!

Cooking in rural Thailand is the best everything is so affordable and the ingredients are all extremely fresh.

    Love this! Whats the village called? It's great sometimes having a local to show u different things and act as a translator. I'm going to try that Maeng Da when there.
